If you are not satisfied with your Zenvia Jewelry purchase, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery in its original condition and packaging.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already been shipped.
Custom-designed Zenvia Jewelry pieces and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non-refundable unless defective.
